Wayne Wang – Managing Director and CEO of CDP Group, Limited.
Mr. Wayne Wang, Managing Director of CDP Group, Limited (www.CDPgroupLtd.com) , which is one of the largest HR Services Company in Asia. And is clearly the Leader in the HR BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Industry which CDP helped to establish in China. CDP is currently managing about 300,000 employees of many large MNCs and Large Enterprises for their Payroll, Benefits, and general HR processes in Asia Pacific region , also has an extensive partnership with German Software Giant SAP to host the SAP HR Software as its Human Capital Management (HCM) Platform. Mr. Wang brings a wealth of management and investment expertise to CDP with over 20 years of business experience. Among his earlier career, he was a General Partner for a US-China based Private Equity Investment Fund, and also held Senior International Executive positions with large Multinational Companies in US. , Europe and China for more than 16 years.
Mr. Wang has built an extensive network of high-level contacts across China, Europe and US in business, government and investment communities.
Mr. Wang graduated from Fudan University and got a Bachelor Begree of Computer Science. And Mr. Wang holds both dual MS Degrees in Computer Engineering and Statistics from the University of Iowa in U.S and MBA Degrees from HEC France.

Wei Lu – Co-founder, COO
Ms. Wei Lu brings a strong background in Human Resources to CDP team.
Prior to CDP, Ms. Lu was GM of HR Operations and Program Director of HR Services Line and , Cap Gemini Ernst & Young (CGEY) in Greater China.
Ms. Lu had 15 years of professional and consulting career in US as Senior HR Executive, Consulting Director, Program Director …, etc. She has worked in prestigious multinational firms such as Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, Northern Telecomm, Deloitte Consulting, KPMG. Ms. Lu's expertise covers different areas within Human Capital Management, Outsourcing, Shared Services and HR business transformation in both US and Asia: Workforce Planning, Global HR Best Practice, Labor Laws, Employee Relationships, Benefits and Compensation, Organizational Development, and Personnel Planning and Development… etc.
Ms. Lu also advised various MNCs and Chinese SOEs on their Human Capital Management issues in her previous consulting engagements.
Ms. Lu received her M.S Degree with honor from the University of Iowa, US, MS from China Academy Institution and B.S degree from Nankai University, China. She also holds the California professional license as a Certified Financial Planner and Security Advisor.
Martin Zhang - VP, Sales
Vice President of CDP Group, Mr. Martin Zhang has 8-years professional sales and management experiences in e-HR, HR Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and ERP industries.artin ever serviced for Neusoft Group and SoftBrands USA etc. In Neusoft Group Martin worked as Channel and Sales Director and cooperated with Hewitt to deliver the solution and services including e-HR, e-Learning and HR Consulting for MNCs and BLEs; In SoftBrands USA, Martin was responsible for business developing and selling on ForthShift ERP, SAP, the solution of Line Production and SCM. Mr. Martin held the MBA Degree from the Macau University of Science and Technology in 2004.
Charlie Zhai - VP, Technology
Mr. Charlie Zhai was a pioneer in ERP/SAP HR industry in China. Back to early 1990's, he led a team to implement PeopleSoft HRMS for various US clients. He was also a senior project manager to develop payroll outsourcing system for ADP US.
Mr. Zhai joined SAP China as HR product manager and initiated SAP HR/Payroll country development for Chinese market in 1994. He was a key member to implement SAP HR for the first SAP HR clients in China. In 2001, he was transferred to SAP Canada to continue his ERP professional career. His combined business and application background gives him considerable insight when analyzing and proposing best-fit solutions for various industries and wins high reputation in North America clients.
He brings a wealth of international experience to CDP team. Mr. Zhai has a BS degree for Computer Science from the Fudan University.
