SRC Assessment Tools
LPA™ is a diagnostic tool to identify individual ‘s leadership style and organization's possible cultural issues. It measures 29 dimensions in 6 functional areas and assesses the impact on the candidate’s behavior. The computer program identifies the linkages between scores on all 29 dimensions and creates a unique profile for each candidate.
