Each month, HRBPs work closely with business teams each month to review every suggestion and determine appropriate follow-up actions; the results are then shared with all employees via the online platform in a monthly Q&A compilation, while individual feedback is also provided to the submitters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In addition to packaging leaks, the platform has also received numerous genuine pieces of feedback from the front lines: product labels are difficult to remove, prompting requests to optimize packaging design; store aprons are not sufficiently waterproof, affecting the work experience in stores; and with the increase in foreign tourists, suggestions have been made to add an English-language ordering option to the mini-program. These suggestions all stem from real-world store scenarios and continue to provide new perspectives for optimizing the company's products and services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to platform operational data, Fresh Voice has received a cumulative total of over 300 valid suggestions from frontline stores, covering multiple areas such as product packaging, store equipment, employee experience, and customer service.
