The company introduced CDP’s digital employee benefits platform, bringing benefit program configuration, employee notifications, gift selection, delivery, returns and exchanges, and data reporting together on a single digital platform. For more than 10,000 employees, benefits management shifted from manual coordination to platform-based operations. This eliminated the need for HR to coordinate with suppliers across different cities and manage logistics, while also removing the hassle of gathering employees in designated meeting rooms to collect their gifts. The platform also offers more than 1,000 brands and over 50,000 SKUs, giving employees a wide range of choices. The CDP project team implemented the benefits platform in just one month, enabling more than 10,000 employees across eight cities to use the platform.

The 2026 Dragon Boat Festival marked the company’s first nationwide holiday benefits campaign delivered through a digital employee benefits platform. The HR team launched a “Dragon Boat Festival Celebration” benefits campaign through the platform, allowing employees to select their preferred gifts and enter a delivery address before having the gifts delivered to their door. Employees could also choose to send their gifts to their parents back home, allowing the company’s holiday gesture of care to reach their families.

Compared with the substantial manpower required in the past, this year’s Dragon Boat Festival benefits campaign was completed by just two employees, with the entire process handled online and an 80% gift redemption rate achieved. The digital benefits platform significantly reduced the operational burden on the HR team while making the gift redemption process more convenient for employees.

From Holiday Benefits to Everyday Recognition: Connecting Employee Rewards and Benefits

Beyond improving holiday benefits management, the company also wanted to strengthen its employee recognition, so that contributions made in employees’ day-to-day work could be recognized and rewarded in a timely manner. To achieve this, CDP integrated employee recognition and rewards into the benefits platform. Employees can receive benefits points for project delivery, birthday celebrations, service anniversaries, annual event lucky draws, employee appreciation, and other occasions, and redeem those points for gifts on the benefits platform. This brings previously scattered recognition and incentive activities together on a unified platform and puts the company’s recognition into practice.

This model is particularly well suited to the company’s project-based business model. Employees typically form project teams around different client needs, with project timelines and team members varying from one project to another. As a result, traditional reward mechanisms can be difficult to apply flexibly, meaning that recognition may not always be delivered promptly after employees complete important projects.

With CDP’s digital benefits platform, project leaders can directly award points to team members. The entire process can be completed without offline applications, enabling the company to run project-based incentive programs more flexibly while giving employees timely recognition and benefits, helping foster a positive workplace environment.

Making Benefits a Bridge Between the Organization and Its Employees

CDP’s digital employee benefits platform is designed to integrate care into employees’ everyday experiences while easing the challenges of managing benefits across multiple locations. An 80% benefits redemption rate demonstrates employees’ recognition of the value of the benefits while freeing up HR resources. By connecting benefits, recognition, and incentives throughout the entire process, the platform enables the organization’s care to be continuously felt, creating a win-win between employee engagement and operational efficiency.

[1

50
29,53,54
post-9029","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-live-class","industry-50","product_cat-29","product_cat-53","product_cat-54

![""]("https://www.cdpgroupltd.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/09/640-1024x554.jpeg")
