1.AstraZeneca is an innovation-driven global biopharmaceutical company.

2.Headquartered in London, the company has expanded to more than 100 countries worldwide and built production bases in 17 countries, with about 61,500 employees in total.

3.It entered Chinese market in 1993, and has more than 11,000 employees in China now.

4.In 2015, it achieved a sales volume of USD 2.6 billion in China and invested more than USD 0.65 billion in China.


Business challenges

1.Due to its large scale, and a large number of employees in different countries and regions, the company has complex salary and attendance management rules, causing burdens to employees.

2.The payroll service provided by the former service provider was poor in flexibility, accuracy, and demand change support, which cannot support HR management to promote business growth.
