The co-operation with win-win model established in-depth trust and believe between CDP and our large clients specially for up to 200 multi-locations crossing industry clients. The complexity to optimize the traditional SSC is the inconsistence of data standards and processes cross their organization and business units which largly sacrifies the efficiency and employee satisfaction with limits on transparency of riskes. Benefits from CDP’s kindustry best practice and know-how, we design, co-operate, invest in technology to achieve long-term shared objectives and goals with our customers through scalability on technology and process re-alignments. For example, Master Kang has 4 large business unites with over 80K employee in 300 cities. They are using SAP for master data and ERP. Each business unit as built own service team mainly relying on manual process. Not only the service quality can’t be standardized, the responsiveness and accuracy has been barely improved for years. CDP has used 3 years to optimize and co-operate with client SSC team and now it has smoothly managed by CDP with measurable financial output each year. This IDC award wning project is a breakthough for the whole industry., breaking traditional boundaries in HR collaboration.

We also provide know-how for each country on social insurance policy tracking and updating into our payroll system. For global clients, we set up compliant global data integration interface with SAP, Peoplesoft and Workday.
