CDP Group and China-Europa Conquest: Building a New Ecology of Channel Cooperation Together

This event is jointly supported by CDP Group and China-Europa E&Y Club, marking the in-depth promotion of the strategic cooperation between the two parties. In the future, CDP Group and CEEC will give full play to their respective advantages, provide more comprehensive and efficient human resource management solutions for enterprises through the channel cooperation mode, and jointly help Chinese enterprises to enhance their global competitiveness.

At the beginning of the event, both parties demonstrated their willingness to work closely together, and Boris Feng, COO of CDP Group, elaborated on the far-reaching significance of this cooperation in his opening speech, “The union of CDP Group and China Europe Recruitment Association aims at integrating CDP's leading globalized digital workforce solutions and China Europe Recruitment Association's excellent intelligent workforce management capabilities to provide enterprises to create an end-to-end service ecology from compensation and benefits (‘salary’) to employee experience and engagement (‘heart’).”

Mr. Wang Youbao, President of China-Europe Recruitment Association and Founder of Laogin, was also present at the event, expressing the determination of both parties to work together to build a digital service network covering the whole chain of human resources, and previewing the planning of a series of regional cooperation activities in the following years.

Important Moment: Appointment Ceremony of the Members of the Organizing Committee for the 11th Round of the Levy

The new Organizing Committee members were announced and an appointment ceremony was held, in which Xie Gongxing of AMP73 and Zhang Shuanghu of AMP29 were elected as the Chairman and Team Leader of Draft 11 respectively, and more than ten other students were appointed as the core members of the Organizing Committee. Wang Youbao, President of the Association, Lv Meidong, Executive Vice President, and Cheng Li, Secretary General of the Association, presented the appointment letters to the members of the organizing committee, encouraging them to work together to promote the smooth development of the event.

With the title of "HR Digital Transformation: From Efficiency to Value Creation", Boris Feng, COO of CDP Group, gave an in-depth analysis of the direction of AI-driven HR change and proposed a key path to reshape the core competitiveness of organizations by enhancing employee experience.

Focusing on the pain points of globalized enterprises, Anny Tang, Legal Manager of CDP Group, shared "Corporate Social Security Compliance Solutions", which provides professional guidelines for compliance management in a complex employment environment.

Jimmy Xu, Head of Overseas Business Department of CDP Group, presented a panoramic view of "CDP's Overseas Strategy Panorama", showing how CDP's integrated global manpower cloud platform can help Chinese enterprises sail to the sea and meet the challenges of globalization.

Immersive Experience: Digital Showroom Witnesses the Power of Synergy

A “CDP Digital Showroom Tour” session was specially arranged for the event. Guests experienced the smart terminals with great interest and visualized how the CDP EcoSaaS eco-platform seamlessly integrates payroll, social security, welfare and other services through the real-time data screen, which demonstrated the efficiency enhancement and value creation brought about by the synergistic operation of the digital platform.

Gala dinner highlights: high-level messages looking forward to the future of cooperation

During the grand dinner session, Ms. Lu Wei, Chairman and CEO of CDP Group, came to the scene and delivered a speech. She focused on the concept of “Achievement of Enterprises, Benefit of Employees” and highly praised the cooperation with Lloyd's: “The joining hands between CDP and Lloyd's is not only an advantageous complementation of technical capabilities, but also a deep resonance of service concepts. Our common goal is to release the human resource value of the enterprise more accurately, and let every employee's experience be more warmly cared for. This is just the starting point of our cooperative journey.” The dinner was co-hosted by Mr. Feng Bo, COO of CDP Group, and Mr. Wang Youbao, President of CEEC and Founder of Laowen. During the dinner, they not only exchanged business experience but also talked about sports and health, which benefited all of them greatly.

Starting a New Journey Together: Channel Cooperation Continues to Deepen  

The event came to a successful end when all the guests left a precious group photo at CDP headquarters, symbolizing “Starting a New Journey Together”. The successful organization of the “China-EU Alumni Association East China Kick-off Meeting” not only provides a high-value communication platform for China-EU alumni, but also is another successful practice of the cooperation between CDP Group and Lloyd's Register. Both parties clearly indicated that they will continue to deepen the cooperation in the future, and jointly plan and launch a series of joint activities and in-depth solutions covering more regions, so as to help Chinese enterprises to drive the double upgrade of compensation management (payroll) and talent management (heart) with the power of digitization, and to win in the forefront of the era of globalization and the management of the new generation!
