We wish Anstromer a successful HR digital transformation project!

Astiamo is a leading global supplier of automotive components, transportation and industrial machinery and systems with operations in Japan, China, North and South America, and Europe, employing approximately 80,000 people. Anstromo is committed to developing its employer brand and talent strategy, and has been awarded the title of “Employer of Excellence” by a domestic authority.

The project covers about 6,500 employees in 17 branches, including 1 headquarters, 3 R&D centers and 13 factories, and CDP will help Anstromo China integrate HR operations, build an integrated shared service center, and promote a comprehensive upgrade of HR management system with the help of AI-enabled HCM SaaS+ platform.

Panorama: Astromo's Personnel Sharing Center Project in China

The project aims to fully integrate and enhance the HR operation capability of Astromo China. By introducing CDP's HCM SaaS+ platform, the project will integrate the personnel operations of 17 branches, achieving the transformation from decentralized management to intensive services and comprehensive system automation, and continuously empowering the organization for long-term development.

CDP will create a complete HR digitization solution for Anstromo, covering three major levels: data, platform and function. Firstly, based on data management, various systems such as attendance, OA and work collaboration will be connected to establish a unified digital environment. On this basis, the HR department can use the platform to complete organization management, onboarding, contracts, attendance and payroll online, and employees can also query information and conduct business at any time through self-service. Eventually, the system will provide management with a multi-dimensional data dashboard to support strategic decision-making.

From the optimization of employee experience, to the transformation of HR team's role, to the improvement of management's decision-making - the value of the Ansteem China Personnel Sharing Center project will run through every level of the organization's operation. This is exactly what CDP is committed to achieve: to bring technology back to the essence of service, and to make HR a real driving engine for business development.
