On July 21, Yangming Qian, Party Secretary and President of Chinese Non-government Medical Institutions Association (CNMIA), led a delegation to CDP Group's global headquarters in Shanghai for a visit and exchange. Wei Lu, Chairman and CEO of CDP Group and Vice President and Secretary-General of the Association's Healthcare Talent Branch, together with CDP's senior management team, warmly welcomed the delegation. The two sides held in-depth discussions on the digital transformation of non-public healthcare institutions, the development of the industry's talent system, and the key priorities of the Association's branches, reaching consensus on several areas of cooperation.

As China's healthcare system reform continues to deepen, non-public healthcare institutions have become an integral part of the country's healthcare service system. At present, the sector faces challenges including talent attrition, uneven human resource allocation, and underdeveloped management systems. At the same time, emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data are accelerating the healthcare industry's transition toward digital and intelligent transformation. Strengthening talent management capabilities and improving organizational efficiency through digital and intelligent technologies have therefore become critical to the high-quality development of the non-public healthcare sector.
The delegation first toured the "Digital and Intelligent Empowerment for the Future" exhibition hall at CDP Group's headquarters, where they gained an in-depth understanding of CDP's innovative capabilities in human capital management, artificial intelligence, big data analytics, employee wellness and benefits, and corporate digital operations. They also experienced firsthand how digital and intelligent technologies can be applied to talent management, organizational operations, and business decision-making, and expressed strong recognition of CDP's technological expertise and implementation capabilities.

During the subsequent symposium, President Yangming Qian outlined the core objectives and expectations for the development of the Association's Healthcare Talent Branch. He noted that the study tour and exchange were intended to integrate industry resources, improve management mechanisms, further strengthen collaborative efforts, and enhance the Branch's role in advancing the industry. He expressed the hope that CDP Group would continue to play an active role in the Branch's development and operations, jointly advancing the industry's talent initiatives in a more substantive and effective manner.
Focusing on the current state of talent development in the non-public healthcare sector and trends in digital and intelligent transformation, the two sides held in-depth discussions and reached consensus in three key areas of cooperation:
- First, jointly build a platform for coordinated talent development by creating channels for talent exchange among non-public healthcare institutions, academic institutions, and industry enterprises; attracting more innovative organizations and professionals; and improving mechanisms for talent development and mobility.
- Second, jointly conduct industry research and develop standards by carrying out specialized surveys and publishing industry blue books, while applying AI technology to enhance talent screening, establish standardized competency benchmarks, and provide data-driven support for non-public healthcare institutions.
- Third, jointly advance the industry's digital and intelligent transformation. Leveraging CDP's strengths in digital platforms, AI, and big data, the two sides will support non-public healthcare institutions in establishing integrated talent data management systems to enable data integration and dynamic analysis, optimize labor costs and organizational efficiency, and facilitate the exchange and dissemination of medical technology innovations.

President Yangming Qian emphasized that talent is the core capital of the industry. The non-public healthcare sector currently faces challenges such as talent attrition and uneven talent distribution, highlighting the need for stronger industry leadership. He noted that artificial intelligence offers new opportunities to address these bottlenecks. The Association will seize the opportunity presented by the restructuring of its branches to deepen cooperation with CDP, explore new models of digital empowerment, and support the high-quality development of the non-public healthcare sector.
Wei Lu, Chairman and CEO of CDP Group, stated that CDP will leverage its strengths in digital platforms and AI technology to fully support the work of the Branch. By helping medical institutions advance digital management and data-driven decision-making, CDP aims to improve operational efficiency, optimize labor costs, and provide digital and intelligent support for the continued development of the industry.
